Motichur Laddu in Greater Noida
Tiny boondi pearls bound in ghee — the melt-in-mouth laddu of celebrations.

Motichur laddu is made from tiny gram-flour boondi pearls — ‘moti’ means pearl — fried in ghee, soaked in light syrup and pressed into soft laddus that melt in the mouth. At Noida Sweets & Bakers in Supertech EcoVillage-1 we make them fresh for pooja, festivals, weddings and good news of every kind across Greater Noida.
- Extra-fine boondi pearls
- Ghee-rich, melts in the mouth
- Pooja and celebration classic
What is motichur laddu?
Motichur laddu is the finest of the laddu family: gram-flour batter is dropped through a fine sieve into hot ghee, making tiny pearls that are soaked in syrup and gently pressed into laddus. The fine grain is what makes it melt rather than crumble.
Motichur vs boondi laddu
Both start as boondi. Motichur uses tiny, fine pearls for a soft, melting texture; boondi laddu uses larger pearls for a homely, slightly coarse bite. Motichur is the wedding-and-festival showpiece; boondi is the everyday prasad classic.
