Boondi laddu is the classic Indian laddu: golden gram-flour pearls fried in ghee, soaked in syrup and rolled with cashew and raisins. It is the laddu of temple prasad, tea-time and everyday celebration — made fresh at Noida Sweets & Bakers in Supertech EcoVillage-1, Greater Noida.

The everyday laddu

Boondi laddu is the laddu most of us grew up with — at temples, festivals and family kitchens. Larger pearls than motichur give it a satisfying, slightly coarse bite, with cashew and raisins folded through.

Boondi or motichur?

If you want soft and melting for a wedding thali, choose motichur laddu. If you want the homely classic for prasad, tea-time or daily pooja, boondi laddu is the one — and at 490 rupees per kg it is also the friendliest on the pocket.

For prasad and gatherings

We prepare boondi laddus in bulk for temple offerings, jagrans, birthdays and office celebrations. They hold their shape well, making them easy to distribute.
