How to order
Ordering is quick and personal — you talk directly to us, not a faceless app:

For a custom cake, share the flavour, weight, any message or theme, and your required date and time. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it.
Delivery & pickup
We offer store pickup and local delivery across Greater Noida, Noida Extension, Bisrakh and Gaur City. Delivery availability, timing and any charges depend on your location and the order size, so we confirm these with you at the time of ordering. For time-sensitive celebrations, please give us your delivery window in advance.
Custom cake lead times

Freshness commitment
We prepare in small batches and hand over your order fresh. We will also tell you how to store it — see storing cakes & sweets — so it tastes its best when you serve it.
Cancellations & refunds
Our items are perishable and frequently made to order, so cancellation and refund terms naturally depend on the product and how much notice you give. The earlier you contact us, the more we can do. How do I place an order?
The fastest way is to call or WhatsApp us at +91 73038 96500. You can also walk in to our shop at Supertech EcoVillage-1. For custom cakes and bulk orders we confirm details (flavour, weight, message, date and time) at the time of ordering.
Do you deliver?
We offer local delivery within Greater Noida, Noida Extension, Bisrakh and Gaur City, and convenient store pickup. Delivery availability and charges depend on your location and order — please confirm with us when you order.
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
For custom and designer cakes we recommend ordering at least 24–48 hours in advance, and earlier during festivals and peak dates. Simple cakes and sweets can often be arranged same-day subject to availability.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because our products are freshly made and often customised, cancellation and refund terms depend on the item and how early you tell us. Contact us as soon as possible and we will always try to help fairly.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a genuine quality issue, contact us promptly with details (and a photo if possible) and we will make it right.
